Porsche Intelligent Performance

Every car manufacturer realizes the importance of developing sustainable technologies, and more importantly, implementing them in today’s offerings as well. Porsche is no different than its industry mates. First there was the release of the 911 GT3 R Hybrid, a race car which completed the Nürburgring Long Distance Championship – its first race – and finished an impressive 6th.

Then there was the release of the 918 Spyder Concept. A hybrid sports car powered by a 500-horsepower 3.4 liter V8 and two axle-mounted electric motors producing 218 overall hp.

So in order to keep everyone in the loop about the developments over at Porsche, the German company is out and about publicizing and documenting its efforts. Impressive stuff if you ask me. Throw in the theatrical voice over guy and it makes it even better! Enjoy!
