Bahrain F1 race to get canceled cause of protests?
With the Bahrain Formula 1 Grand Prix less than a month away (March 13), there is growing concern that the race could be canceled due to the protests and rioting that have been taking place over the past few days.
Even F1 supremo, Bernie Ecclestone, has admitted that the escalating violence worries him because he feels that protesters may want to use the inaugural grand prix weekend to make a point while the world is watching. To be honest, I just hope things calm down for the sake of the region and the safety of the Bahraini people.
Thanks for the tip Hamoud!
